Please read the following information, and if your organization would like to be a presenter please fill out this
PRESENTER REGISTRATION FORM no later than April 15, 2009 by 4:30 pm.
WHO: KCC Sustainable Committee
WHAT: Earth Day at Kauai Community College
WHEN: Wednesday, April 22, 2009, 11:30am to 4 pm
WHERE: In front of the Kauai Community College Campus Center (CLICK HERE FOR MAP)
WHY: To hold a student centered, community involved event at KCC
THEME: Creating a sustainable Kauai
PRESENTER INFORMATION:
- A 40'x40' tent will be provided
- A small public address system will be provided
- Recycling containers will be centrally available
- Presenter setup may begin at 8 am but no later than 11 am
- Welcome/Pule at 11:30 am
- Each registered presenter will be provided one 4' by 8' painted plywood table
- No table cloth covering will be provided so bring your own
- No chairs will be provided so bring your own
- Each presenter is responsible for setup, breakdown and maintaining their own area
- Cleanup begins no earlier than 4 pm
- Do not leave anything behind on your table or in your area
